煤矸石在煤矿中转水池加固中的应用

Reinforcement Design and Application of Coal Transfer Pool on Coal Gangue

摘要: 门克庆煤矿的临时蓄水池需加固设计成永久中转水池,根据该中转水池的蓄水要求和设计资料,中转水池的堤线选取为原堤坝中心线,堤型采用梯形|堤基采用抛填大块煤矸石碾压密实进行处理|堤坝坡比及断面尺寸、防渗土工膜的厚度通过堤坝的稳定计算进行确定,煤矸石和细砂的最优填筑比例及压实参数通过堤坝的填筑试验进行确定|池底土工膜的保护和堤坝渗流稳定的保证通过设置覆盖保护层压重解决,加固设计的中转水池调蓄能力满足要求。以废弃材料煤矸石作为拟加固中转水池的堤坝主要填筑材料,以废治废,既可以充分利用废弃资源,变废为宝,也可以减少煤矸石对环境的危害,具有很好的应用前景,将为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract: Men ke qing Coal mine of temporary reservoir into a permanent transfer pool need reinforcement design, according to the water storage requirements of the transfer pool and design data,in this paper, the dam axis of transfer pool and dam type has carried on the arrangement and selection,for the dam foundation treatment, on the dam structure design, built on the bottom of the transfer pool, transfer pool of reinforcement design in storage capacity meet the requirements. Meanwile to waste material coal gangue as the main filling materials to reinforce the transfer pool, using waste treat waste, not only can make full use of waste resources, change waste material into things of value,but also can reduce coal gangue harm to the environment, with the very good application prospect, this will provide reference for similar projects.
